Before joining Carestream, Mr. Westgate was Chief Executive Officer of Jason Industries, Inc. a NASDAQ-traded, global diversified manufacturing company operating in three segments: industrial, seating, and automotive. While Mr. Westgate was CEO, he led successful efforts to diversify the company’s portfolio, emphasizing a culture of growth and innovation. Under his leadership, Jason Industries experienced significant increases in revenue and earnings, and accelerated growth through acquisitions, geographic diversification, performance improvements and developing breakthrough innovations. He initiated Jason’s going-public effort, which resulted in the company being NASDAQ-listed on July 1, 2014. While at Jason Industries, Mr. Westgate’s specific accomplishments included:
Previously, Mr. Westgate served as President and Chief Executive Officer – Business Group Americas at Rieter Automotive Systems, one of the leading global suppliers of systems solutions in noise control and thermal management, as well as interior trim, for the automotive industry. He also spent 14 years at Solvay Automotive, Inc., where he held positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately serving as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1997 until 2001.

Robert J. Marshall, Jr. brings to the Company more than 30 years of finance experience, including in M&A, capital markets and investor relations.
Currently, Bob is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Lantheus (NASDAQ: LNTH) since 2018.
Prior to joining Lantheus, Bob spent 16 years with Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ZBH), a global medical device company with a leading position in musculoskeletal health. He held various senior leadership roles, including Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Treasurer, and most recently as Vice President, Americas Finance, for the U.S., Canadian and Latin American commercial markets.
Before joining Zimmer Biomet, Bob was employed with Brown & Williamson Tobacco, a subsidiary of British American Tobacco, p.l.c., in Louisville, Kentucky.
Bob holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University, South Bend, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. Bob also holds the CFA designation.
Chris Yamamoto has 20 years of mergers and acquisitions, strategy and investment experience in the medical technology, life sciences and industrials sectors having completed numerous transactions amounting to over $50 billion in value.
Chris currently serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy at Bioventus, an orthopedics and regenerative medicine company, and is responsible for group functions, including strategy, business development, integration, market access, reimbursement, pricing and market insights.
Prior to Bioventus, Chris was Vice President & Managing Director of Corporate Development at Becton Dickinson. During his tenure at Becton Dickinson, Chris played an instrumental role in transforming the company through two large-scale acquisitions, executing nearly 30 tuck-ins and equity investments and divesting a number of non-core businesses.
Prior to Becton Dickinson, Chris was a Vice President at The Blackstone Group. Chris also worked at Fox Paine, Thoma Cressey, UBS Investment Bank and other institutions.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Williams College.
B. Quentin Lilly has extensive strategic, operational, financial, commercial, and acquisition-related experience and success across major worldwide markets and has a proven ability to build, grow and optimize worldwide teams, systems, infrastructure, customer base and scale manufacturing and supply-chain operations.
Quentin currently serves on the Board of Directors of Reconext, Inc., a global leader in the provision of after-market reprocessing, testing and reverse logistics services to the technology and communications sectors; and of Pacific Metals & Mfg. Co., a diversified investment holding company.
Prior to his role on the Board for Reconext, Inc., Quentin was at Technicolor Home Entertainment Services for 27 years. He most recently served as President, was a member of the Executive Committee of publicly held Technicolor S.A., and served as Strategic Advisor, providing strategic, commercial, and operational support to executive management and the Board of Directors of Technicolor S.A. from March 2020 to March 2021.
Prior to his appointment as President, Quentin held several positions of increasing responsibility including Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Chief Operating Officer.
Before joining Technicolor in 1994, Quentin spent approximately 10 years in the Corporate Finance/Capital Markets Groups at Smith Barney, and Crowell, Weedon & Co.
Quentin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Robert Rasmus has numerous years of experience leading organizational strategy, investments, and mergers and acquisitions in multiple industries.
Currently, Robert is a member of the Board of Directors of Arctic Canadian Diamond Company, Eastern Shelf Royalty Fund III, Headwater Minerals II, Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunity, Proppant Holdings LLC, and the University of Notre Dame Arts & Letters Council.
Prior to his current Board appointments, Robert was Co-founder, Chairman, CEO and former member of the Board of Directors of Hi-Crush Proppants, Hi-Crush GP, National Industrial Sands Association, FB Logistics, NextStage Logistics. During his time there, he expanded operations horizontally and vertically to include proppant logistics services, advanced well site storage systems, in-basin terminals and terminal handling, last mile logistics services and logistics software. This was achieved via a combination of internal growth and external acquisitions.
Robert was a Co-founder and Managing Partner of Red Oak Capital Management and Chief Operating Officer at Red Oak Energy Operating Company prior to his time at Hi-Crush.
Prior to Red Oak, Robert spent time leading organizations at Thunderbolt Capital Corp, Banc One Capital Markets (formerly First Chicago Capital Markets and now part of JP Morgan), and First Chicago Limited in London.
Robert has a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Relations from the University of Notre Dame.
