Before joining Carestream, Mr. Westgate was Chief Executive Officer of Jason Industries, Inc. a NASDAQ-traded, global diversified manufacturing company operating in three segments: industrial, seating, and automotive. While Mr. Westgate was CEO, he led successful efforts to diversify the company’s portfolio, emphasizing a culture of growth and innovation. Under his leadership, Jason Industries experienced significant increases in revenue and earnings, and accelerated growth through acquisitions, geographic diversification, performance improvements and developing breakthrough innovations. He initiated Jason’s going-public effort, which resulted in the company being NASDAQ-listed on July 1, 2014. While at Jason Industries, Mr. Westgate’s specific accomplishments included:
Previously, Mr. Westgate served as President and Chief Executive Officer – Business Group Americas at Rieter Automotive Systems, one of the leading global suppliers of systems solutions in noise control and thermal management, as well as interior trim, for the automotive industry. He also spent 14 years at Solvay Automotive, Inc., where he held positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately serving as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1997 until 2001.
Mr. Westgate received an MBA, with honors, from the University of Notre Dame.
Kristin Dietzler is President, Americas Region, and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team. In this role, she leads the company’s medical imaging, NDT and Dental traditional businesses in the United States, Canada and Latin American markets.
Ms. Dietzler brings 25 years of experience in the medical device and supplies industry, and is widely recognized as a teamwork-focused leader. Prior to joining Carestream, she was General Manager and Global Commercial Lead at Medtronic. She also served as Vice President and General Manager, where she led the North America team that included a large direct sales organization in addition to indirect channels, national accounts and marketing teams.
Previously, Ms. Dietzler held leadership roles at Covidien, where she managed nurse clinicians as well as teams in sales and marketing, strategy and product development, human resources and finance.
She has served on the Board of Directors for the New Hope Foundation, and has held leadership positions on multiple corporate committees supporting diversity and inclusion.
Ms. Dietzler holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Marketing and Management from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana.
Dharmendu Damany is the Chief Technology Officer at Carestream and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team.
In this role, Mr. Damany directs the company’s investment in worldwide research and development and leads a talented team of world renowned physicists, engineers and scientists. As CTO, he is responsible for company’s innovation portfolio, leveraging Carestream’s core technology strengths and exploring new technologies across businesses for organic and inorganic growth.
Mr. Damany has extensive global experience in successfully developing technology from ideation, commercialization to market leadership and has a track record of penetrating new business spaces and emerging markets. He has previously held numerous executive leadership positions in technology and product development, global operations, customer service and quality. Mr. Damany has 30 years of experience in the healthcare, transportation and energy industries with GE, Philips, Alstom, OSI and ABB. While at GE and Philips, he launched highly successful portfolios of diagnostic imaging offerings that expanded access to healthcare in China and other global markets.
Mr. Damany is an Electrical Engineer and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester.
Andrew J. Mathews is Senior Vice President of Operations for Carestream Health and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team.
Mr. Mathews has overall responsibility for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Operations Centers, Service Excellence, Purchasing, and Environmental Health and Safety.
Mr. Mathews brings a wealth of expertise with particular strengths in nearly every aspect of operations, finance and IT systems. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Carestream 2020, a company-wide program to transform Carestream by redesigning processes, roles, go-to-market models and organization structures, with the goal of making the company more competitive.
Previously, Mr. Mathews served as the Films Operations Finance Director and the Director of Finance at Carestream, overseeing all financial aspects of Carestream’s separation from Kodak. In both roles he led the respective finance team in the development of the company’s analytical and reporting processes as well as a number of significant IT application implementation projects.
Prior to joining Carestream in 2007, Mr. Mathews held several key positions at Eastman Kodak Company including Finance Director, Mergers & Acquisitions; Chief Financial Officer – NexPress Solutions, Inc. (a subsidiary of Kodak); Worldwide Controller – Health Imaging. Prior to joining Eastman Kodak Company in 2001, he spent ten years at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he also earned his Certified Public Accountancy (CPA) license in New York State.
Mr. Mathews holds an MBA in Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Binghamton University.
Renee A. Noll is Chief Human Resources Officer and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team. In this role, she leads the company’s worldwide human resources organization.
Ms. Noll brings more than 25 years of public, private and corporate human resources experience to the role with expertise in compensation and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Carestream, she spent most of her career as Vice President, Total Rewards for Bausch + Lomb where she was responsible for the company’s total rewards strategy and execution including executive compensation, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, employee relations and related areas. She also provided consulting services on executive compensation and other HR business practices as the Managing Director of Optimal HR Solutions.
Ms. Noll was also a member of the Women’s Foundation of Genesee Valley Board of Directors as Vice Chair and chaired several committees for nine years, and is still active in the Foundation’s grant making process.
Ms. Noll holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
Vincent Chan is President, APAC (excluding Greater China) & EMEA Region of Carestream Health and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team.
Mr. Chan brings a wealth of knowledge of international healthcare markets and a strong track record in driving market share, revenue and profit growth in healthcare consumables, equipment/services and IT markets. He has built a strong network of customers and business partners in multiple geographies to support the company’s growth strategy.
Mr. Chan is passionate about building a sustainable organization culture with focus on customers, innovation, operational excellence and team engagement. Prior to joining Carestream, he served more than 12 years in various leadership positions with Philips Healthcare including VP and General Manager for Indonesia; VP and General Manager for ASEAN; and Senior Director for Customer Services and Healthcare Informatics Asia Pacific. Before he started his career in healthcare, he was manager and principal with management consultancy firms Boston Consulting Group and Accenture where he led business transformation projects for multi-national companies in the financial services and telecommunication sectors. He has worked and lived in France, North America and various South East Asia countries.
Mr. Chan holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore and Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is based in Singapore.
Liu Jie is President, Greater China Cluster of Carestream and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team.
Liu Jie has approximately 30 years of experience in the field of medical imaging. Before joining Carestream, Liu Jie had acted as General Manager of Greater China Cluster in Kodak Health Group, and as Sales & Marketing Director of Greater China Cluster in Draeger Medical Group. When serving in Draeger Medical Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., he had accomplished two integration projects, playing a decisive role in Draeger’s business evolvement in Greater China Cluster.
Liu Jie had previously worked in GE Medical Group for eight consecutive years, serving successively as Sales Representative, CT Product Specialist, Regional Sales Manager, General Manager of Greater China X-ray Modality, simultaneously developing cooperative relationships between GE Healthcare Group with Ministry of Health and many medical institutions.
Liu Jie is a Chinese Society of Radiology Certified Radiologist, graduating from School of Medicine, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, holding EMBA Degree awarded by both China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB). He had also held the position of Attending Physician of Radiology Department at the First Affiliated Hospital of Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corp. for 10 years.
Liu Jie is also Vice-Chairman of China Association for Medical Devices Industry (CAMDI) and China Association of Medical Equipment (CAME).
Julie M. Lewis is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team. In this role, she leads the company’s worldwide legal organization, including Carestream’s Intellectual Property, Privacy, Compliance and Security Departments.
Ms. Lewis brings more than 25 years of private, public and corporate legal experience to the role. Formerly Deputy General Counsel, Chief Privacy Officer, and current Chief Compliance Officer, for Carestream, she served as the company’s lead attorney for its medical film and dental businesses, along with overseeing the company’s global litigation proceedings.
In addition to managing complex commercial transactions and employment law matters, she was appointed Carestream’s Chief Privacy Officer in 2016 and oversaw the program to achieve compliance with the European Union’s 2018 data privacy initiative (known as GDPR). She has also led several international investigations and represented the Company in Federal and State Court, and before multiple global administrative agencies.
Prior to joining Carestream, Ms. Lewis was an Assistant District Attorney in Monroe County, N.Y., where she prosecuted violent felony cases and was a partner in the Commercial Litigation Department of Harris Beach, LLC, and its Diversity Committee chair, along with serving as an adjunct professor at St. John Fisher College. She was also a member of the Monroe County Bar Association Board of Trustees and was a Foundation Board Member and Vice Chair of its Judiciary Committee. Ms. Lewis is a frequent speaker at national conferences and legal, privacy and compliance events.
Ms. Lewis holds a Juris Doctorate from Capital University and a B.A. in Journalism from The Ohio State University, which included study at the University of Oxford in England.
Anastasios Strouzos is Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing of Carestream Health and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team.
Mr. Strouzos joined Carestream in 2009 as General Manager Greece, Cyprus and Albania. In 2011, his responsibility was extended to cover the Europe region as the General Manager for the Medical Film Business. In these years, he was responsible for the new GTM set up and transforming the European team into a business team with customer’s first mentality, growing share and profits.
In Feb 2013, he was appointed as Global General Manager for the Print business leading the team on YoY AOP achievements in a difficult environment by driving market share, innovation and profit growth.
Mr. Strouzos is passionate about setting vision, developing strategies, building teams and leading organizations to achieve goals thru operational excellence and team engagement. Customer first mentality must be in the center of the decision making process for his teams.
Prior to joining Carestream Health, he served 10 years on various Sales and Marketing positions with J&J and Novartis.
Mr. Strouzos holds an MBA from the Hellenic Management Association of Athens and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Piraeus. He is based in Athens.
Scott Rosa is Chief Financial Officer of Carestream Health. He is responsible for all aspects of the Finance organization and is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team.
Mr. Rosa brings a depth of technical expertise and financial experience to Carestream. Most recently, he served as Controller at Carestream where he had responsibility for the worldwide accounting and internal control structure of the company. In addition, as an initial member of the Finance leadership during Carestream’s formation, Mr. Rosa helped establish the Finance organization and its operating mechanisms. He also assisted with multiple acquisitions and divestitures in this role.
Prior to joining Carestream, Mr. Rosa spent five years at Eastman Kodak in various Business Unit Controller roles, including serving as the Controller for Kodak's Health Group prior to its acquisition by Onex. Prior to Kodak, Mr. Rosa was at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he served as an Assurance Manager for both large public and mid-sized private companies.
Mr. Rosa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from SUNY Geneseo and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
